Office Hours are Monday to Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Fridays 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

It's Kindergarten Signing Time!

The kindergarten signing will be on Thursday, February 27th, 4 to 6 p.m.
You can fill out the pre-registration form here, Spanish form, or send the one back that was sent home with your student. We will start sending the registration packets home, or mail them if you don't have students here, at the beginning of February.

When registering your student please print out the forms below with the fit-to-page print option, sign the back, and bring them to the school.  We will make copies of the original Birth Certificate, verify your driver's license, check your proof of residency, and make copies of the immunization records if needed.  

Other required information

  • Copy of Original Birth Certificate

  • View Drivers License to verify you are the parent on the Birth Certificate

  • 2 Proofs of Residency, dated within the past 60 days

    • Utility Bills

    • Bank Statements

    • Pay Stubb

    • Credit Card Statement

    • Any legitimate mail, no junk mail

  • Original Immunization Record
